As your meals arrive frozen for best results we recommend the following:
- Thaw your meals out in the fridge overnight before reheating for best taste, especially the vegetable meals.
- If reheating from frozen, please stir every 1-2 minutes to ensure the meal is fully heated through.
- If thawed, based on the meal size reheat for 1 to 2.5 minutes. Stir through and reheat for longer if required. Best to heat the meal for a shorter time and reheat rather than overcook.
- If frozen, based on meal size reheat for 3 to 6 minutes. Take out and stir every minute or so to ensure consistency.
