Why has the delivery date/time change on my upcoming order?
We have recently reviewed our delivery process and switched to a new courier company in order to offer more delivery options to our customers.
The delivery date/time has changed on my upcoming order, how can I change the date?
If your current delivery date was already process we’ve allocated a new delivery date to your upcoming order. You are able to change the delivery date for all future orders by simply editing your order via your MYMC subscription page.
Does this affect all of my future orders?
You are able to select the new date/times available on all future orders any time before your payment has been processed.
I’m on the Weight Loss Program and my order has been delayed, does this affect my results?
This shouldn’t affect your weight loss results, if you would like any guidance or have any additional questions please reach our to our support team to arrange a time with our in-house Dietitian.
