Where do I use my credit?
For subscribers, contact our team to apply the credit towards your next payment automatically. For one-off orders, redeem your credit on your Account page by clicking "Redeem Credits" to generate a gift card code.
Why isn’t my promo code working?
Promo codes, referral credits, and corporate discounts are valid only for orders of $99 or more. Additionally, certain codes are for first-time orders. Contact us if you encounter issues.
Bulk Orders Discount:
Enjoy a 15% discount when you order 25 meals or more. This discount applies to ready-to-eat meals only, excluding bundled items, Soups, Protein Yoghurts, Protein Oats, and Oat Slices. Contact Customer Care for assistance.
Discount on Chef's Specials?
Weekly Chef’s Specials offer discounted prices on selected products for a week. Subscribers enjoy automatic discounts if their charge date falls within the promotional period. Bulk meal discount is applicable on top of the specials.
Can I customise my referral code?
Yes, contact Support with your account email and desired code. Offensive codes are not allowed.
Do I get anything for referring friends?
Yes, share your referral code. Your friends get $20 off their first order, and you receive $20 credit for orders over $99. Only one promo code per transaction.
Can I cash out my account credit?
No, credits are for orders only. They can be transferred to another My Muscle Chef account.
How do I redeem existing credit, promo code, or gift card?
If you have any existing credit on your account, it will automatically be applied during the checkout process of your next order. Similarly, it will be utilized when your next subscription order is processed on the new website.
Additionally, during checkout, there are designated fields where you can enter promo codes and gift card codes to apply them to your order.
