How do I access and manage my recurring deliveries?
On the Website
Log in to your account at www.mymusclechef.com and head to My Dashboard. From there, you can view, edit, and manage your upcoming orders, as well as update your personal details.
On the App
Log in and tap the View Subscription button at the top of the Home feed to access your recurring order settings.
Can I edit my products and meal plans?
Absolutely! You can make changes to the products in your upcoming delivery any time before the charge date displayed in your subscription dashboard. Here's how:
- Click the Edit Order button to open your cart.
- Add or remove products as needed.
- Click Save Changes to confirm updates for all unpaid future orders.
Editing Specific Plans or Products:
- Custom Menu: Have your own selection of meals, snacks, or drinks? Feel free to add or remove items as you like.
- Goal-Based Meal Plans (e.g., Weight Loss, Calorie Control, Muscle Gain): Tap the Edit button next to your plan to view and swap meals or add extras like snacks and drinks.
- Meal, Snack, & Drink Bundles: Bundles can’t be customised, but they’re carefully curated to offer a variety of products tailored to different tastes, goals, and preferences—all with built-in savings!
Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes! You can adjust your delivery frequency to:
- Every week
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 4 weeks
When will I be charged?
After your first payment, automatic payments occur early in the morning on the next available Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday, depending on the day you started your subscription.
For example:
- Subscribed on Monday? Your charge will occur early Tuesday morning.
- Subscribed on Wednesday? Your charge will occur early Thursday morning.
- Subscribed on Friday? Your charge will occur early Saturday morning.
How do I update my details and settings?
To update your delivery date, address, or payment details simply:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Manage Subscription section on your dashboard.
- Click on the edit button against the section you would like to change.
How do I cancel my recurring MYMC deliveries?
To cancel your recurring orders:
- Go to your dashboard and find your Subscription Status.
- Click or tap to edit your status and follow the prompts to cancel.
Note: Cancelling only applies to unpaid future orders. Processed (paid) orders will still be delivered. There are no cancellation fees. For more information, please read our Terms & Conditions.
Am I locked into a contract?
Nope! My Muscle Chef offers complete flexibility—no lock-in contracts. Cancel any time before your next payment without penalty.
