Microwave Method:
- Fresh Meals: Heat in the microwave for 1 to 2.5 minutes. Caution: Contents may be hot after heating. Allow to stand for one minute after heating. Stir through and reheat for longer if required. It's better to heat for a shorter time initially and then reheat if needed, rather than overcooking.
- Frozen Meals: Heat in the microwave for 3 to 6 minutes. Caution: Contents may be hot after heating. Allow to stand for one minute after heating. Stir through and reheat for longer if required, stirring every minute or so to ensure even heating.

Alternative Methods if you don’t have a microwave:
- Oven: Transfer your meal from the plastic tray into an oven-safe dish. Heat in the oven at around 350°F (175°C) for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until the meal reaches your desired temperature.
- Stovetop: Transfer your meal from the plastic tray into a non-stick frying pan or skillet. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Important Note: Our meal containers are microwave safe, but should not be placed in the oven or on the stove directly.
