In these instances, please get in touch with our Customer Support team as soon as you've noticed the damaged item, and we'll be able to help resolve this for you.
In order for us to best assist, please send photos of the damaged item and reference the name of the item, how many were impacted, and any other information about the delivery that may be relevant.
