Do I have to be home for delivery?
No, our driver will leave the delivery at your front door if you're not home. You can add special delivery instructions in the Additional Info section when placing your order.
Will my meals be delivered all at once?
Yes, your full order will be delivered on your selected delivery day.
How will my meals be delivered?
Your meals will arrive fresh in a recyclable cardboard box with ice packs and thermal insulation. Expect partially melted ice packs upon delivery, but ensure your meals are cool.
Can you deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we can't deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address for delivery.

We offer delivery to a wide range of areas across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

We offer flexible delivery options between 8am - 6pm or Midnight - 7am. Once ordered, you'll receive an SMS tracking link the night, when the order is on the way and once it has been delivered.
Next Day Delivery in Sydney
We offer next day delivery in over 600 Sydney postcodes. Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm Sunday to Thursday. Check eligibility on our Delivery Info Page.
