How do deliveries work to a business address?
If you’ve selected delivery to a business address, deliveries can occur at any time within your chosen delivery window (e.g. 8am–6pm or 12am–7am).
Will the driver deliver the order if the business is closed?
No. Our couriers will not deliver or leave an order if the business is closed, even if there are instructions to leave it. This is for safety reasons.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
No. While you can leave preferred delivery instructions (e.g. “do not deliver after a certain time”), drivers may still deliver at any time within the selected delivery window if the business is open.
