Once your payment is processed, your order is confirmed and will be promptly handled in our kitchens, logistics facility, and with our third-party suppliers.
To minimise food waste, please note that you won’t be able to change or cancel your order after payment has been made.
Before you hit “Confirm Order” on our website or app, please take a moment to check the following:
- Once payment is processed, your Order Confirmation is final;
- The details of your order;
- Your chosen delivery address and the selected delivery time and day;
- The type of order you’ve chosen, whether it’s a one-off or a recurring subscription.
In some cases, we might be able to help with minor changes to your order if you contact us within an hour of processing, such as adjusting the delivery day or time. However, we can’t guarantee that this will be possible for every order or change.
Please note that orders set for delivery within 48 hours of payment cannot be edited once the payment is processed.
